GLOBAL CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

During January 2010, Halliburton awarded Visual Solutions a global consultancy agreement.

The goal of the agreement is to allow Halliburton to partner with Visual Solutions as part of projects world-wide to deliver best-in-class solutions to oil and gas operators.
